Do my clients know Hoban Law Group is involved?: Only if you choose to disclose it. The Starter and Professional tiers are co-branded. The Enterprise tier is fully white-label with zero Hoban branding visible to your clients.
Who does the legal work — me or Bob Hoban?: Bob Hoban's team handles all substantive legal work: office hours sessions, document reviews, and regulatory analysis. You originate the client relationship and pocket the subscription margin.
How does revenue share accounting work?: You charge your operator clients your chosen subscription rate. Each month, we calculate your gross operator MRR and invoice you for the platform license fee plus the revenue share percentage. Detailed reporting is available in your partner dashboard.
Can I set my own pricing for operators?: Yes. You can price the Bench subscription to your clients however you like. Our revenue share is calculated on what your clients pay you — not on a fixed number.
