Colombia is the world's fastest-growing cannabis export jurisdiction, leveraging its ideal growing climate, low production costs, and strategic location to establish itself as a major supplier for European medical cannabis markets. The Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Health jointly administer cannabis licenses under Resolution 227 of 2020 and Decree 811 of 2021.
