Since 2007, Bob Hoban has worked with over 30 governments worldwide to develop laws, policies, and regulations for the commercialization of marijuana and industrial hemp. These countries include the United States, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, Jamaica, Bahrain, India, and China, just to name a few. Across the U.S., Mr. Hoban has consulted on cannabis policy development for a number of State Governments, with the bedrock of his law, policy, and regulation work in Colorado. From 2010-2016, Bob served as one of the Nation’s first cannabis policy instructors at the University of Denver, where he regularly lectured on cannabis policy and led a University-sanctioned research practicum concerning the efficacy of marijuana regulation.
